Fried Hokkien Mee & Prawn Noodle

Bedok Central Hawker Centre Fried Baby Squid Prawn Hokkien Mee

This stall is relatively new in Bedok!   The fried noodles using a variety of ingredients from prawns, bacon and cuttlefish or squid(sotong). Deep fried pork lard are added to the noodles to enhance the taste. It is served with a piece of lime and chilli paste.

Bedok South Block 16 Hawker Centre

Changi Village Fried Hokkien Mee

This stall is relatively new in Bedok!   This fried Hokkien mee stall is famous in Changi Village and over here it is equally good

Bedok South Niu Ji Prawn Noodle

This stall been here for more than 20 years and is equally good. I think one of the reason it is so good is because they use lard to fry the noodle and then use good stock to cook the noodle thorougly till all the stock are soaked up.

In the morning they sell the soup or dry prawn noodle. In the evening they sell the fried Hokkien mee.
